1) It is all always good to try buying professional products as the saying goes you only get what you pay for.
2) It is always good to book your next hair appointments when your at
3) It is always good to condition your hair so if you don’t have time to do it every time you wash your hair make time to done a treatment once a week and you will see the difference with in just 2 months.
4) It is always good to clean your tools I would always try to them once a week as products and grease and oils can build up on them
5) Healthy eating can mean healthy hair so it is always good to have a good diet so eat lots of fruit and veg and try to drink a leased 2 litres of water a day.
6) When thinking of dyeing your hair darker it is all ways best to colour it with a semi-permanent colour first so if you don’t like it they are easier to get out.
7) It is always good to get a professionals advice as they will know what will suit your hair.

Don’t

1) I would not try to cut your own hair as most of the time you will mess it up.
2) I would not try to colour your hair at home as it is very messy and if go’s wrong will not be cheep to get back right.
3) Do not brush your hair when wet always use a wide tooth comb.
4) Mite think your saving time using your dryer on high heat but you are scorching your hair.
5) Don’t stop going for a trim when growing your hair instead of 6-8 week leave for 10-12 weeks no good having long poor condition hair.
6) It is never good to use heated tools on your hair with out protecting it with product.
7) Never put your hair up with elastic bands or bands with metal parts as they will break and split your hair.
8) When having highlights don’t just have one colour, have more than one colour can look more natural and it will last longer .
9) When colouring your hair at home always make sure you read the instructions carefully as this can save you a lot of headache.

How to find the right hair cut for your face shape

Posted by Louise On January - 16 - 2010

When looking for the right style it is always best to look at your face shape because all hair styles dont go with any face shape, there are lots of different faces shapes;
Round, square, oval and heart.

The best way to find out your face shape is to ask your stylist or you can look at hair books this will help you find out the right one for you.

The best styles for people with a round face shape are sorter hair styles with a bit of height on top of the head, and it is best to stay away from full fringes if you want a fringe it is best to go for one that sits to the side of the head.

The best styles for people with a square face shape are to go for softer hair styles this will reduce the angular jaw line also by adding fullness around the temples and the cheekbone will give a illusion of roundness.

The best styles for people with a long face shape are to go with a style that has width at the side you can do this by using loose soft waves or curls, it is good to go for a medium length hair style with fullness around the ears. By adding a fringe can also shorten the effect of a over long face.

The best styles for people with a heart- shape face are a styles like an asymmetrical or a side parting can look good on this face shape, it is also good to have to much width at the temples and have fullness at round the chin.

Why not try?

Posted by Louise On January - 16 - 2010

Why not go for short?

Having a short style can give you the chance to put the focus onto your favourite features, like high cheek bones and bright glistening eyes.

Why not try a fringe?

Whether your hair is short, long, and flighty or full you will always find the right fringe for you and a fringe can make a statement without it dominating you look.

Why not try a bob?

No single style conveys so much character and sophistication as the bob-demure and chic, yet sassy and alluring, it’s perfectly on-trend.

Why not try curls?

Why not add energy and fun to your hair with curls, twirls, ringlets and waves it’s a perfect party look it is also easy to do your self.

Why not try layering it?

You can have layers with whatever length or style you have.
This is also a good way to introduce texture and movement to your hair.
This is a lightweight and flyaway feel.

Guy’s why not try rough?

This is good to do with short hair, all you have to do it is to add a little product and you can transform your daytime style into a rough and rigged evening out style.

Why not try a short sexy style?

If you’re going for the chop and feel like a change in your style why not try a shorter sexy cut to boost your confidence.
